PEOPLE THINK IT JUST HAPPENS....

So you want to put on an event, with hundreds or thousands of people, and sponsors, and music and hydration stations and a medical safety plan? It takes months of planning, and it helps to know what you are doing.
  • How many portable toilets do we need?
  • How much water do we need?
  • How do we accurately measure the course?
  • How many volunteers do we need? And what do they do?
  • What kind of equipment do we need?
  • Where are people going to park?
  • What do you mean we need insurance, and permits?
  • How do we get people to come to our race?
  • What is the easiest process to process registration?
  • What do we need to do to attract more sponsors?
  • What the heck is "inventory" ?
  • What can we do to make our event stand out from the others?
We've been promoting, producing and providing technical support for events since 1983, from very small local races, to major marathons. Different events have different visions of success. We can tailor a program that helps you meet your goals.
We start with the idea that nobody gets lost, everyone gets back safe and that everyone has an enjoyable experience.
We also want to insure a happy relationship with your sponsors and the media, so they return in addition to your participants
But what we really like doing is creating and expanding fun, thematic events.
Things a little out of the ordinary.
Things people remember.
  • The Dead Harriers Summer Night 5Ks High School Aged Race
  • The Dead Harriers Summer Night 5Ks Hawaiian Shirt Award category
  • The Dead Harriers Summer Night 5Ks music thoughout the course
  • The Dead Harriers Summer Night 5Ks entire 3.1 mile course visible to spectators standing in one spot
  • The Christmas In July 5K, with competitors in holiday costumes, and the Barking Dog "Jingle Bells" playing in warm weather.
  • The California Dreamin' 12K Centipede Division, with 5 people connected together running like a bug
